as the artist, i keep all rights to my artwork. this means i can share it on my socials, include it in my portfolio, or use it for things like artbooks or editorial projects.

credit is super important — please make sure to always credit me (@ serevarin; the artist) and/or link back to one of my socials whenever you post the art.

my art may not be minted as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), whether it’s a commission or personal piece. i also strictly do not allow any of my work to be used for AI training.

full payment is required upfront, via boosty / hipolink / lavatop.

you're welcome to ask for changes during the sketch stage! once the draft is approved, i’ll move on to finalizing. any edits after the piece is finished may come with an extra fee.

i don’t accept chargebacks or cancellations unless i personally can’t complete your commission. feel free to check in about the progress or ask for wips anytime.
